Mike's Top Tips on how to stay cool

To stay cool and avoid sunburn Mike wears Musto shorts and a cotton t-shirt, rinsed in cold water, wrung out and worn wet plus a large brimmed, floppy hat and regularly applies Kids Factor 50 sunscreen.
